Guest guest Posted January 4, 2001 Report Share Posted January 4, 2001 Try adding a potassium supplement and see if it helps. I take one a day and use half salt. I find that leg cramps are the indicator that I am potassium deficient. If you aren't having any cramps, it may well be something else that you need.
