I had them SO bad for SO long I just ignored them after a while and eventually during my adrenal treatment, they stopped! I haven't had palps or heart pounding in ages now! Hi Val & Everyone I thought they tell me when my adrenals are stressed. I have been palping almost every time I increase my Armour for a few days at least. I think Dr Peatfield said this is adrenal stress from the increase and as long as the pulse does not go over 90 all is well. If over 90 he suggests cutting back a little on the Armour. That is what he said to me in a phone consult anyway when I first started on Armour. It is these that have been causing me the major problem since the one grain increase because they keep me awake. Any else have experience of this happening with raises? And how did peeps cope. I took 10mg h.c first thing this morning and the palps have stopped. So far so good. I am hoping that is all that was required. BUT I have not taken any Armour today because I was scared I am taking too large an increase at once, that one grain. Yes this seems to be the only time i have palps, with raises and this raise was a big step for me, never having taken a raise this high before and the stress-dosing did not help to any real extent. What seems to have helped is the higher dose first thing but then I did not take my morning Armour as usual. I suppose I will have to wait until tomorrow to see what is what. If I take the extra h/c i.e. 10 mg first thing and then do the 3 grain in divided doses, I should be able to tell if that is enough h.c? Whatchathunk? Mo NOVA Counselling & Healing Services Quote
