Guest guest
Laurie, As good as your recipe sounds, I would never eat it. Tomatoes? Rotel? No thanks! I'd never lose eating all those carbs! K

Guest guest
OMG Kelli!!! You mean you have lived in Texas all this time and have never heard of Rotel tomatoes???? Look in the tomato isle and you'll find a can of tomatoes with jalepeno's added for " flavor " . Rotel is the name brand. It's the ingredient in Cili con " Queso " the cheese dip they serve with chips in mexican resturants. Velvetta cream Rotel tomatoes all melted together in 1 lucious dip. Trouble is it's not LC with the velvetta. And lots of people use Rotel in there mexican dishes. HTH. Hugs.
