Guest guest
Dear Lists, I have a friend that I recently spoke to about her ADHD. She said that her MD told her that he thinks she has a wheat allergy (due to her having constipation issues) although she was never tested, since has been avoiding gluten. He told her to avoid gluten for the ADHD and what he thinks is a wheat allergy. Has anyone heard of people going gluten free for ADHD? I don't think I have. I told her that I thought gluten free wasn't a good idea until she is officially tested for celiac, etc. The whole thing didn't make much sense to me. Any thoughts are appreciated.
