Guest guest Posted May 29, 2005 Report Posted May 29, 2005 Canadian , Well, congratulations my friend on your journey around the block... As Pat has said, it is the first step and the rest will surly follow... Cy, theAncient Okie... Re: Ketoacidosis experience & some of my thoughts towards my diabetes , thanks for your comments. my sister in law is no longer. as a matter of fact she jumped off the bridge to her death. she was troubled and I kick myself for not being able to help her. but that is behind me now. can I share something with you on a lighter note? I was home alone and needed a break so I actually walked around the block by myself. it is beautiful out and it is a small celebration for me. I was an avid walker before I lost my site and in great shape. now I have so much work to do to regain what I have lost. but it is a start. have a great day, Re: Ketoacidosis experience & some of my >>> thoughts towards my diabetes >>> >>> >>>> KAREN, YOU HAVE COME SO FAR.
