They are as follows: The normal adult uterus measures approximately 7.0 - 9.0 cm long, 4.5 - 6.0 cm wide and 2.5 - 3.5 cm deep (anteroposterior dimension). (82) Its corpus-to-cervix ratio is 2:1. (82, 83) Yours sounds just about the right measurements to me. I haven't found anything about the measurements of the ovaries but seems like you had cysts developing because it says multiple follicle cysts in both your ovaries. Now it also says that there is no fluid seen in the cul de sac. Isn't the cul de sac the sac where the embryo is in?? Was this ultrasound taken when you were pregnant and they found no fluid in the embryo sac?? As with the hypoechoic areas - I am still trying to figure this one out. Anyone? Poly.
