Guest guest
Hi Mark, Well I thought I would put my two cents worth in. I have a treadmill that Colleen and I both use. I was weighing about 260 pounds about 6 months ago. I was having a lot of trouble with my feet. When I walked a lot, my heel on muy left foot would get sore and would stay sore until I gave it a rest. I think the exercise bike is a no impact and the treadmill does have some impact to it so I think they both can give you some excellent exercise but the treadmill does have some impact to it. Have a great day, Jerry Litterell which do you think is the best one? > between a treadmill and a exercise bike, which do you think is better as far > as getting the most benefit from when you exercise?
