Guest guest
I am just getting into this network. I have been diagnosed with many small and large fibroids all over. I have heavy bleeding, but I always have. The most immediate danger that I have been informed about is anemia (my blood counts are very low). I am currently taking iron for that. I've lived with heavy bleeding and heavy cramping most of my life and am used to it. I'm not ready to hop onto the surgery band wagan just yet. I am realiistic in knowing it might be down the road. I keep telling my family I will " think " them away. I have started receiving CranioSacral Therapy and plan to begin yoga and meditation. I still plan to go to another doctor for a second opinion from someone who is more open to options that may not be traditional Western medicine thinking. I would like to know where to get information about diet related to fibroids. I've read pieces/parts in some of the e-mails through this networking, but not enough to really know what I should do. Thank you for your input.
