Guest guest
, We have a few members in this group who are planning to sue. One is actually having the trial in April. Once she gets this over with, she plans to talk to the group about it but for the time being has opted to remain silent. I too want to do my best. I went and spoke to a lawyer before Christams after there was discussions about statute of limitations. My doctor in Cyprus said that there was no statute of limitations but in US I think there is a one or two year limit. You need to check this out. If you are interested, this was sent to me sometime ago, but because I am not in the US, did not get in touch. I hope that you or any others will find it useful. Hello!
