Guest guest
, What a surprise to get that letter. I too would be happy to receive such a letter. I thought that because in your letter you were not aggressive but straight down to the point and polite too (this is hard when it hurts), that is why he responded in the way he did. As you say, he may be wanting to contact Dr Indman to find out of a possible lawsuit but if you did not pass the details onto him, he could easily find out that information himself couldn't he? Are there many Dr Indman's in your area who are RE's??? So I guess, my thinking is that yes, go ahead and give this information to him, and as you say, you don't plan to sue, at least you may sleep comfortably knowing that you have done your best to save another woman's grief. Getting these doctors to say they are sorry is half of our problem isn't it? At least they admit to their mistake and you can feel proud of yourself that through your own pain, you are "educating" these doctors. Well done . This letter is worth framing. I've kept a copy and may do something similar myself one day. Poly
