I'd also like to say that I disagree that staying at induction levels is unhealthy. Many of us continue to stay at 20 or fewer carbs. Dr. Atkins says this is fine, as long as one is healthy. Here's what I do with my Atkins chocolate shake mix: I use 1/4 cup of heavy cream, almost 1/4 cup of Atkins chocolate syrup and the rest is water, just a hair over 1 cup total. I use chocolate or vanilla whey isolate, $8.39/lb, about 1/4 - 1/2 of Atkins (depending on where you get it. I doctor it w/ a tbl of Davinci syrup (usually vanilla or coconut), 1 tbl cream, and I add flax oil & powdered vitamins. Actually I could get by w/ out the cream if I eliminated the last 2 items, but it is a good way to get them in LOL!
