Guest guest
Yes, it hurts to sit, but mine is not from the hip. It's actually the 'sit bones' and there truly is such a thing. Nasty business it's as if one is sitting on two rocks! Hopefully my chiropractor will be able to resolve this issue by the time I'm through with the treatments. Guest guest
Hi Pris, i deal with this on a daily basis, i have had a set of injections in my hip and lower back for it which took the severe pain away for a few weeks but not all the pain it still hurts and catches me. i have to nestle that bad hip into the side of the couch when i sit i cant sit any other way, if i sit straight and cross my leg over it hurts like heck. Hope yours feels better soon. »§« Angel Huggles Dawn»§« «:*´`³¤³´`*:»§«:*´`³¤³´`*:»§«:*´`³¤³´`*:»§«:*´`³¤³´`*:» nothing happens to you ---it happens for you. «:*´`³¤³´`*:»§«:*´`³¤³´`*:»§«:*´`³¤³´`*:»§«:*´`³¤³´`*:» 9. < /message/99468;_ylc=X3oDMTJxanVubjJ 1BF9TAzk3MzU5NzE1BGdycElkAzEwMTQ3OARncnBzcElkAzE3MDUwNjE0OTgEbXNnSWQDOTk0Njg Ec2VjA2Rtc2cEc2xrA3Ztc2cEc3RpbWUDMTE3NDQ3NDQ0NA--> Hip bursitis Posted by: " NELLIESTAR@... Guest guest
Yes Ma'am! I have been blessed with this lovely problem which appears at random, in the joint of it's choosing! It is often in my hips (side and glutes). I am losing the battle with my left hip bone and will be in need of a 'bionic' one soon. Meanwhile, I think that my 'friend'- Bursitis- likes to hang out in run down joints (lol). " Burt " has visited, fairly frequently, in my right shoulder as well. Because I was not the " proper " age for arthritic complications, the Docs kept blowing it off for years as activity induced. Then I had a few xrays... Anyhow, I suspect that the RA can create havoc with the bursi due to all of our inflammatory cr*p. Beyond that, I don't know. All the best to you Pris. I hope your Doctor can get you comfortable enough to sleep at night. It can feel like an Ice pick in the old butt cheek! Beth B.
