Guest guest
very true. when you exercise when you are high sugared, your body breaks down more sugar from your liver to give you energy and it raises your sugar even more. heck, pat, explain this will ya? please? Regards, type 2's This thinking is a little old, lots of type 2's are on insulin now, either the pills didn't work or they have had it more than 10 years and the pills no longer work. Someone recently told me they went to a web site that explained type 1's as juvenile diabetes, and type 2's as non-insulin users. Times have changed. Type twos don't even think of it or you'll be running your rear off for 1 hour or more to burn off just 60 grams and still be high and feel like crap. I hope everyone realizes that is only you and everyone is different I.E total carbs, divided by 15, times 2 units of H per 15 grams.
