Guest guest Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 remember when i told you guys about my sons friend who was grounded for breaking up with her abusive husband?? well there is more they are her foster parents. they also dont let her have any male friends when she has a boyfriend she cant talk to a guy, be friends with them or nothing. now their mad because my son is her friend they are transfering her to another school so she cant talk to my son. my son is a good guy. he would do anything for anyone. i think they should really screen foster parents better it is so hot in my appartment. my air conditioning is broke and im sooooo hot. and my neck and back are killing me. tlvc@... ilovedavid22000@... Guest guest Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 Yikes! Can't someone report these people before they totally give that girl a complex or something? I can sympathize about hot apartments. It was 102° in mine today. It's not even really hot yet, like it is in July and August. I hate humidity more than anything. Dry heat I don't like, but I can live with it. It's when it is all muggy out that I want to rip off my skin. I hate being sticky. My husband put the AC in the bedroom this past weekend. We have another AC that we had in the kitchen last year, but this year we put it in the living room. He just put it in tonight. I couldn't take it anymore. In order to have the AC in the living room, we have to run it off extension cords and plug it into the kitchen outlet since the kitchen is on a different circuit or whatever they call it. I know, that is dangerous. But my other option is have a kitchen that is not even cool, with the AC in it, and I get to spend my whole summer cooped up in my bedroom again, like last year. When it gets super hot up here I can't run my PC too long, so I end up hardly ever using it. Not this year. I'm praying we don't end up with a fire... The AC in the living room is just starting to cool it down so it's bearable for me to be in here typing. We had to hang a blanket in the doorway though, since the living room has no door. Talk about looking like a white trash apartment now. It was so hot earlier. I couldn't take it. I was soaked. If I could move to Alaska or somewhere cold all year, I'd be there in a heartbeat. I HATE the heat. Hate it. Detest it.
