Guest guest
Today I found some energy from somewhere and some motivation. I went into town to pick up some things and actaully went by my docs office and told the nurse that my appt had to be moved up from Feb 4 and that I felt horrible and something needed to be done. So she calls back this afternoon and gives me two appts next week. One for Jan 20 for lab work...TSH, FT3 and FT4. Then I see the doc on Friday. I also bought some progesterone cream. a quick question about that....It says to use 21 days out of the month. Does it matter which 21 days....does it have to do with your cycle? I understand that it is 21 days in a row and then stop for 7, but if it doesn't matter about the cycle thing then I will start today. Is it safe for breastfeeding? My son still likes a " nip " every couple of days and I really dont' mind at this point...he just turned two. It would not really be a problem to totally stop, but I would like to see him stop on his own in the next couple of months. Didn't mean to get so long. Thanks for the support. Guest guest
-DR. LEE - THE PROGESTERONE KING SAYS USE IT DAY 12-26 OF YOUR CYCLE, DAY ONE BEING THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR PERIOD. I've had doctors who told me to use it the day 14-28 and another who told me 12-28. If you are in menopause and not having a period, some of us use it straight tnru, others 3 weeks on, 1 week off.....I know some instructions on jars say 3 weeks on, one off...just do not use it during your period -- In NaturalThyroidHormones , " katmidg " <kattmid@m...> wrote: > Today I found some energy from somewhere and some motivation.
