I know nutrition analysis for restaurant menus has discussed before but until now I have never had the opportunity arise....I would love to get some guidance on this. I was approached by a restaurant owner who would like me to do this so it can be listed on the menu. I have never done this before and not even sure where to start, but am up for the challenge. Some questions I have are price, procedure, what nutrition analysis program to use (do I need to invest in one or another), the accuracy or the analysis, etc. I know price can not be discussed on the listserve.
