That means that anything in the ground around the wells is what is in the water as far as mineral deposits go. Also..some waters create more acid. I think there is one water that is pH balanced...not sure of the name. Anyway...I wrote and asked them to give me the breakdown of the mineral content. Not sure if they will respond but they might!
