Guest guest
Hi , Too funny. Most commercial bread WILL have a lot of crap and preservatives in it. Homemade bread doesn't last 2 weeks on the shelf without getting moldy, but that's what clients expect of " store bought " bread today. So, a bakery OR health food store freezer will often have real bread. Jan Patenaude PS. I still find most " whole grain " or " multi-grain " breads are mostly refined flour, i.e. " wheat flour " . . . but not all. In a message dated 1/10/2009 12:47:57 P.M. Guest guest
Hi , I'm a big fan of the Ezekiel bread from " Food for Life " company. In my opinion it is even better than most 100% whole wheat breads because it is made out of the sprouted grains, not out of flour. The way I like to eat it is toated. It is a good source of fiber and keeps me pretty saciated until the next meal. I'm sending the link so you can check it this product would be available in your area. http://www.foodforlife.com/sprouted-grain-difference/ezekiel-4-9.html. It needs to be refrigerated. If you don't find it in your area, Trader Joes also carries their own sprouted breads. I hope that helps.
