I have been using 250.02 for type 2 diabetes. Should I be using 250.00. It

appears the 02 is for uncontrolled. Thank you,

We use both codes....if the dr specifies one on the referral then we

use that one, otherwise we use 250.02 if A1c is over 7% and 250.00 if

it's under.
