The " baking mix " is the Splenda sugar substitute with the real sugar

added in the correct proportions so that you can make a one for one

substitute for regular sugar in your recipes.

You would use this instead of the packaged sugar?

And what about if it doesn't thicken up like you said can happen?

No, the baking mix for splenda, is as Cy said: a m ixture of Splenda and

sugar.

I can't afford to have a recipe fail.

I don't bake that much so I should be ok.
