Prado - Medicaid waiver

Hi:

I just received a very disturbing call from Chidren's and Families.

I was just told that if my son does not qualify for SSI, he does not qualify for medicaid waiver. I always understood that that was the reason for the medicaid waiver. That it would be my son's circumstances and his disability which would qualify him.

Could someone please explain?
