Guest guest
Your daughter sounds like my son. He was at 23 1/2 lbs in June when he was diagnosed...and now he's over 28!! He's gonna be 3 in December. -----Original Message-----From: Marvin and Bjorge Sent: Friday, September 24, 2004 12:57 PMTo: SillyYaks Subject: Growth After a very frustrating time of not seeing a whole lot of growth in our daughter we finally weighed her yesterday again and she has finally hit 25 pounds at 2 ½! She is now where my other two children were at 2! She will probably always be a little smaller than they were but now she is really growing! She has gained 2 pounds in about a month so we are getting excited that she is truly starting to thrive again!
Guest guest
Congrats! It's amazing when they start to really thrive! The first time we noticed was at a ride at Disneyland. We had season passes last Sept. before Matt got sick he was at 37 " tall. Not tall enough to ride the fun fast 40 " tall rides. Well, this year right before our passes lapsed we went up to the Big Thunder ride and lo and behold he not only was tall enough to ride but he was over the mark! We all started jumping up and down, doing high fives! " Woo! Matt is tall enough to ride the big boy ride! " He was sooo proud. Beamed from ear to ear and enjoyed riding his first fast ride. When we got home I measured him and he was 41 " . That was 6 months into our GF journey. The weight has come on more slowly. But I was so excited that we reached 60%! (he was 90% til 8 months old and had dropped to 15% at one point) Good luck and sounds like you're doing great! > After a very frustrating time of not seeing a whole lot of growth in > our daughter we finally weighed her yesterday again and she has > finally hit 25 pounds at 2 ½!
