Guest guest
Of all the days for me to check email at 7 am and then be gone until 5 pm!!! I am soooo sorry about this. Actually I *was* running Outlook 2000, but I've switched. I could kick myself for using it, because I KNOW every virus that comes down the pike is made for Outlook. <sigh> Fortunately, it didn't eat my hard drive or put my son out the door to his new family. He's my computer guru, but unfortunately was headed out the door when I began to hyperventilate over this (he had a DAT! Can you imagine a girl being more important that his mother having a crisis???) He yelled to me to just use another mail program and that would solve the problem until he got home..so now I'm using Eudora. This whole thing may, however, explain why there is green meat in my fridge...hmmmmm At 07:10 PM 6/22/2001 -0400, Valeria Truitt wrote: >She's also sending weird messages to another list, where one of the >messages contained an executable file with a confirmed (by Norton >Anti-Virus) virus. > >I suspect that she's running Outlook Express and has contracted one of the >famous viruses that take over Outlook Express and send messages to everyone >in the address book. > >I tried to e-mail her with a warning, but the message was returned >undeliverable.
