Guest guest
Yes, I think it does say 'no trans fats', yet the partially hydrogenated oil is listed in the ingredients. Plus, you really want a peanut butter that the only ingredient is peanuts and salt (or just peanuts) This way, you know for sure NO transfats. I really do think most of the Carb Options products are not worth it. Smuckers Natural PB is my favorite. Guest guest
---Yeah I have to agree especially on the PB because I have been checking that out pretty closely. I've find the ADAMS brand available at Walmart Co op stores in Canada(Western)are excellent. All Natural PB only peanuts and salt and its excellent. I used to be a Jif PB Addict now after 3 weeks I am saying Jif Who?? lol. Obviously the reason I liked it so much was all that sugar! No wonder my blood sugar levels were thru the roof at breakfast time. between that and the bad carb bread....woo!!
