hi. i know that we have some male members in here so you may not

want to read this post but if u do that's cool too lol.

anyway,

i dont know if you all remember or not but i told you all that i

had been spotting after my workouts. well a few weeks ago i got an

infection. i thought it was a yeast infection but i had never had one

of those so i went to the gynocologist. turns out that i had

bacterial vaginosis which means that i have an overgrowth of

bacteria. it is not bad cause we all have bacteria anyway but mine

just grew more than it suppose to. so they gave me medicine it is

getting better. they found out though that i may have a polyp on one

of my ovaries but i have to go to the doctor today to be sure what it

is. i hope it isnt anything bad. i am only 26 so surely there isnt

anything really bad. i hope not. but the one i seen before said the

polyp may be the cause of my spotting during my workout. also i

wanted to tell you all that she said i may have gotten the bacterial

vaginosis from working out because since we sweat we probably sweat

there too. and it is better to wear the cotton panties and not the

nylons even if it does have cotton in the crotch. and also to change

your exercise clothes each time you workout. i just thought i would

tell you all so you wont get what i did. i think that may have been

why i got that cause i didnt change every time cause i didnt have

that many exercise clothes. but i would change every other day. i

havent been able to workout for 2 weeks and i usually work out 4-5

days a week. it has been really hard to stop like that. i feel so bad

cause i havent been working out. well i will let you all know how it

goes. please pray that everything will be ok. talk to u later

tammy
