Penzey's Spices are all gluten free except the Taco Seasoning Blend

and their soup bases (in jars). They have A LOT of yummy spice

blends and have a great mail-order catalog and website. I'm not sure

where you are, but they have stores in quite a few larger cities,

too.

Also, I think the major manufacturers (McCormick, Tones, Durkee,

etc.) don't use fillers in their spice blends and most are okay.

Check with them, though.

Oh, Old Bay Seasoning (a McCormick item) is GF.

McCormick spices and blends will ALWAYS list all ingredients. ALL of

their single spices are GF but you must read ingredients on the blends.

Even before the new labeling laws they were conscientious about

labeling and cleaning their machinery between " flavors " .
