Guest guest Posted September 24, 2004 Report Share Posted September 24, 2004 I have taken gluten-free crust to a local pizza place (not one of the big chains) and asked them to bake them with their own sauce and cheese. They covered the cooking tray with foil to prevent contamination. My daughter said it tasted much better than my home-made pizza. It may be worth a try.
