Unfortunately with the cross-contamination issues I would imagine this would be

next to impossible...unless all they do is GF food. I would LOVE to be able to

give my son take-out pizza and chinese again...ahh...to dream...

Subject: Take out Pizza

Hello Everybody,

Does anybody know of a take out pizza place that has Gluten Free

crust? Such a thing is possible to make at home, but I was wondering

if any restaurant has been bold enough to try to sell it.

A franchise would be best, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm curious to see if it's even been attempted.

thanks,

paul

I have taken gluten-free crust to a local pizza place (not one of the big

chains) and asked them to bake them with their own sauce and cheese. They

covered the cooking tray with foil to prevent contamination. My daughter

said it tasted much better than my home-made pizza. It may be worth a try.
