Dabney,

Tinkyada can be bought in almost any variety of pasta that you can

think of. I have bought spirals, lasagna noodles, spaghetti,

fettucini, elbows, shells, and they even make a shaped pasta for kids

calle "Little Dreams" in shapes like animals, trains, planes, etc.

They are all wonderful and taste most like wheat pasta than any of the

gf pastas. I have served this multiple times to non-gf people and not

only can they not tell it's wheat, but they always comment on how good

it is. I tell them after they eat that the noodles were made from

brown rice. I buy mine from Whole Foods and have also bought from

Gluten Free Pantry and Gluten Solutions (both online stores).

God bless,

nn

Tinkyada pasta is the best, the most "normal" GF pasta out there. It

order them from one of the online vendors do it. They not only taste

the most normal, but so far I've found that they also "behave' the most

normal in that they don't get all pasty and gross when you cook them.

I'll probably still continue to buy the KRAFT mac &

cheese boxes in bulk and use the cheese packets for the Tinkyada

noodles

Can you tell me what the Tinkyada noodles are and where you get them : )

Dabney-

I know I'm a few days late, but since you're "right down the road" from me I thought I would let you know what I've found. Wild Oats carries Tinkyada elbows, rice spirals, spaghetti, fussili (sometimes) - I think that's it. I've tried to encourage them to order the lasagna & veggie spirals, but no luck yet. I totally agree that these noodles are the best, especially if cooked exactly by the instructions on the package.

FYI - I & others are trying to get Wild Oats to carry Kinnikinnick items, since it's

distributed in the US now.

All of this info. is based on my experience at the Green Hills Wild Oats - I haven't been to Cool Springs which I know is closer to you.

Hope this helps!!!
