This was the response from ConAgra about LaChoy soy sauce. I realize

they don't list wheat, but we all know, wheat is not the only source of

gluten.

Just FYI for anyone who would want to know.

This may sound silly, but what did you ask them? I find I get much further if I ask if a product contains wheat, barley rye or oats or anything derived from those grains.
