The key implementation areas are empowering groups vulnerable to trafficking and HIV with relevant information/services, addressing underlying causes of depravation by generating livelihood opportunities, and providing care and support services to those trafficked and HIV positive This is a call for proposals from Civil Society Organizations for participation in the above mentioned project. Proposals are invited from the states of UP, MP, AP, WB, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
