What can we eat when it comes to bread and what can't we eat. I looked at soem whole wheat breads and crackers and it looked mighty confusing.

Also is hydrogenated oil OK or is that a trans fatty oil?

Hydrogenated oils are the evil transfats.

Oh my - that's what I thought and I've been eatinf Fat Free Cool whip with my little cup of sugar free jello.

Any suggestions what I can eat in terms of whipped topping instead?
