What can we eat when it comes to bread and what can't we eat. I looked at soem whole wheat breads and crackers and it looked mighty confusing.

Also is hydrogenated oil OK or is that a trans fatty oil?

Fat Free Cool Whip has transfats?

On their website, they say that Fat Free Cool Whip has 0g trans-fats. What

ingredient is listed that is a bad fat? That surprises me, but anything is

possible!

If it has hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated ingredients, then KraftFoods

need to remove the 0g transfats claim from their website!
