Guest guest
Could some folks share what they are doing for snacks? I used to be on Atkins where I had bars to grab out of the pantry. I now have turkey, broccoli, bell pepper, and such to grab. Any other ideas? I tried the cheese stuff suggested as a dessert in the book. I couldn't get beyond the grainy feel it had. Can it be melted on the stove to get this out? I also am lactose intolerent and am a little concerned this may get out of hand again. Anyone else with this problem? Man, I'm full of questions, huh? Thanks in advance, Sally

Guest guest
I snack on nuts and cheese a lot. I also munch on veggies and dressing. It usually does the trick.
