Yes, this ratio decrease was mostly carbs. Here's the reason: we were

having trouble with acidosis - nothing serious, but enough to cause

horrible behavior. So, since were are at the RDA for protein and protein

is more acidic than carbs, when I decreased the ratio, I increased mostly

carbs.

About the bone test, the directions were to NOT give a multivitamin or

calcium supp 24 hours before the test. Well, I forgot and gave him his

calcium that morning. When I called, they said " sorry, have to

reschedule. " Don't know the reasoning, as I don't think they will draw

blood. Anyway, I'll ask them why next week when we go for the test.

So, tell me what vitamin supplement you are using. What kinda form is

it in? Any chewables out there that are keto friendly, besides Bugs?
