Guest guest
My cardiologist recently informed me that I had low thyroid levels and has put me on meds for this. He said it was due to the other meds I was on but I never had a low reading before. It would seem that my levels have only dropped since I've been on SBD. Anybody and info about low thyroid levels and SBD?
Guest guest
Actually, I have a cyst on my thyroid and since I quite eating gluten containing foods with phase I, my cyst is about half the size it was 6 days ago. I believe that not eating those foods are better for your thyroid. Check these out: http://www.gluten-free.org/hoggan/thyro.txt http://thyroid.about.com/cs/latestresearch/a/celiac.htm http://www.ithyroid.com/celiac_disease1.htm I don't know what those other meds are that you are taking, but it's most likely related to those if the doc says so... No worries - you're doing the right thing with SBD! Stick with unprocess foods in phase II like brown rice, & fruit. FYI - my husband has Celiac's Disease which is why I believe lots of this!!!
