Guest guest
I have been looking at handbooks to purchase online from different associations. I have also been doing lots of research on my own. I would appreciate a recommendation, are any of them great? I have looked at the GFCF and CSA handbooks online. My husband is a celiac and my daughter is celiac and Milk & dairy free, acid free(tomato, citrus),caffeine and chocolate and carbonation free. Thank you in advance! We BBQ almost every night right now, but in the winter I will need to work on converting my recipes also. I will look at Case's book.
