Guest guest
Hi Gang, Thanks to all for the prayers and good thoughts. I am home now and very happy to just be away from St. Vinny's and all the docs again - just hope its a long separation. :-) I had a cranial tumor pushing a bone into the optic nerve. They got the tumor out and ground down the bone to decompress the nerve. Final result is I get to keep my vision for awhile longer Yay me. :-) The other tumor is still a loaded gun but at least it has been growing very slowly and is not a major threat right now. Thats why they left it alone - it wasnt worth the risk yet. I'm having some unrelated probs since surgery. An odd aftermath has been very sore ribs. I wondered if I have an outstanding hospital bill and they had Rocco and Vito come in and work me over while I was asleep. :-) A couple of other tumors (shoulder and spine) seemed to use my week of inactivity to make up ground and are causing some pain. I'm moving around much slower right now but hope to get back into the flow soon. The best therapy for me has always been to just get back to my normal routine. Which right now isnt very normal. I just got a new job offer which means moving to Carson City, NV in less than 2 weeks. 8 years at Caesars Palace comes to an end a week from Thursday. I am taking this week off as a medical leave. Thanks again for your support. -Pat

Guest guest
Hey Pat, Glad you're home and done with surgery. I had wanted to visit you at, but I was going through my own personal stuff. (Actually, I'm still going through it, but that's another story). I'm glad to know your surgery was a success and congratulations on your new job. BTW, Vito and Rocco are usually from the PT Department (Pain and Torture) hehe.... Mark ----Original Message Follows---- Hi Gang, Thanks to all for the prayers and good thoughts. Guest guest
Marcus I'm not so sure its a good idea bringing those speedos. I am almost certain they violate some kind of law. Guest guest
I am familiar with Lake Tahoe and just LOVE it! I agree with you that for this year, let's leave it at Vegas, but I think the subject of moving it to Lake Tahoe next year should be discussed! By then you will know more about what is available. etc Who are you working for, by the way? marie Re: Pat dillon >Move the con to Carson City?? hahahaha... no. :-) Its a dinky town with not >much to do - population 86,000.
