The Humsafar Trust is one of the foremost Community based organization working

in the field of sexuality, health and human rights of the MSM and Tg community

in Mumbai metro, Thane District and Goa State.

The Humsafar Trust(HST) has been awarded grants by various national and

international funding agencies to play a key role in HIV/AIDS prevention, care

and support,treatment, research and capacity building.

We are looking for two young and enthusiastic fresh graduates to appoint and

groom them for managerial posts for our new ventures in Mumbai and Thane.

While knowledge of HIV/AIDS is necessary, HST is keen to attract applicants with

strong interpersonal background and a drive for community work. These positions

over a period of six months will contribute to the design and management of HST

projects.

The selected candidates will work closely with the larger project team and

oversee activities in their respective work components and will be provided

training on monitoring project performances and resolving conflict situations.

All position requires bachelor's degree and applicants must have communication

skills, computer proficiency, an ability to work in multi-cultural environment

with a strong commitment to hard work and high quality.
