Guest guest
Kraft shredded cheeses don't use wheat flour, either. It's potato flour. I use both Kraft & Sargento. These are very simple, straight- forward labels. Celeste > I bought some grated Sagento cheese. They use poato flour & powdered cellulose to prevent caking. Guest guest
Do they have very many shredded cheeses that have wheat flour in them? I checked several the other day at the store with my husband and did not find a single one. I usually just shred mine up as I go or shred a whole 2 pounds and put them in a zip lock bag in the freezer so I don’t typically use them. But once in a while it does help in a pinch.
