I've been trying to eat a balanced diet - lots of salads and veggies, but have been eating lots of eggs for breakfast. Should I take something or is this normal? Post-Phase 1: Constipated This is kinda embarrassing, but I'm just coming off of phase 1 and have been constipated, is anyone else experiencing this? I've been trying to eat a balanced diet - lots of salads and veggies, but have been eating lots of eggs for breakfast. Your meal plan looks great, but with all that added fiber, you need water, probably even MORE water than you think! After the water goes to 'work' for you weigh in and tell us how Phase 1 worked for you! Good luck!
