Dear Forum,

We don't understand whats happening in Goa. It seems that they have to make

mistake first only then they are going to learn !?

Before,Goa is the only and first state to put person living with HIV in

isolation/quarantine. Does anyone still remember what happened to Dominic

D'Souza in 1992 in Goa?? He was quarantine !!

Now,mandatory HIV testing before marraige??

We can learn from other people mistake as well, we don't have to make one!

We at Delhi Network of Positive People strongly oppose mandatory (rights

violation) testing.
