I know this is from Fitday.com, right? I found it difficult to work with this site although it sure is comprehensive. On the other hand there were way too many choices when it came to certain foods. I'm wondering if there are any other less difficult websites for doing this.

The problems I found with Fitday were as follows,

Okay and I found the same so now what program or website can we use instead.

The problems I found with Fitday were as follows,

1) Because of my past eating disorders (anorexia) I found myself after

two weeks getting very controlling over it. I would get upset if I

had more than 20 g of Carbs and if my fat intake didn't meet up to

my expectations.

2) The only type of Zucchini that they had was a canned zucchini and that

said that there were some very high carbs in it. I think their

numbers are off on some things.

I'm not really sure. I'm looking for something but I hope someone has

better luck than I'm having.
