Guest guest
I know this is from Fitday.com, right? I found it difficult to work with this site although it sure is comprehensive. On the other hand there were way too many choices when it came to certain foods. I'm wondering if there are any other less difficult websites for doing this. ~~ in NJ~~ So Many Books, So Little Time Weekly Read Moderator http://groups.yahoo.com/group/WeeklyReads/ Currently Reading: Three Wishes by Liane Moriarity Divining Women by Kaye Gibbons Reading Next: The Assistants by Robin Lynn The Art of Mending by Berg Just Finished: It Had to Be You by Jill Churchill ( The Prince of Tides by Pat Conroy (A)

Guest guest
The problems I found with Fitday were as follows, 1) Because of my past eating disorders (anorexia) I found myself after two weeks getting very controlling over it. I would get upset if I had more than 20 g of Carbs and if my fat intake didn't meet up to my expectations. 2) The only type of Zucchini that they had was a canned zucchini and that said that there were some very high carbs in it. I think their numbers are off on some things. Terri B. NRK18@... wrote: > I know this is from Fitday.com, right? I found it difficult to work > with this site although it sure is comprehensive. Guest guest
I'm not really sure. I'm looking for something but I hope someone has better luck than I'm having. Terri B.
