I had heard that Wilton makes a gluten-free vanilla extract, but

they responded this way:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for visiting our website. Our Clear and Pure Vanilla does

not contain gluten in it, however, the environment in which they are

produced in does have gluten present in it. If we can be of further

assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Sincerely,

So those that are very sensitive should be cautious.

Is McCormick gluten-free? I would love suggestions for this.

Thank you,

Frontier brand vanilla flavoring (not the extract) is gluten-free. We buy it at Wild Oats, but it and other gluten-free flavors can be bought on the internet.

The Frontier flavorings are the gluten-free ones because they are not extracts which have alcohol in them. The flavorings are also corn-free.
