Guest guest
I am the same way (kind of - I do eat eggs " over medium " .) For breakfast I have a hard boiled egg, 2 slices of ham and a little can (5.5 oz) of tomato juice. You can probably get rid of the cheese if you don't like it but you do need to add in a 1/2 cup of veggies or 6 oz of tomato juice or V-8. Good luck. Guest guest
I'm sitting at my desk with a huge veggie (broccoli, onion, tomato and mushroom) omelette and a large cup of coffee. Yum! I need to start eating before everything gets cold. --Laurie > > I am the same way (kind of - I do eat eggs " over medium " .) Guest guest
Sherry- you can do it- I know you have before!!! I am not a big breakfast eater. I normally ski breakfast all together (however, all this talk of food, I am getting hungry lol). Remember, we are going to do this together lol. I am not going to binge this morning, I am going to start today too! > Just poured out my Coffee mate creamer..:-( > I am having my coffee with Splenda and non fat milk. Guest guest
Hey there! I'm new to this group and was just reading some of the entries...and wanted to tell you that I have the same problem with eggs. I can eat deviled eggs just fine (made them with jalepeno peppers yesterday - yum!), but get tummy cramps and nauseated when I cook them scrambled or fried, no matter what I use to cook them in. So, they're out. I eat Kashi or Uncle Sam cereal with the new Carb Countdown Milk - has anyone tried that yet? It's great and much lower in sugar. I'm not drinking it because it's " Atkins friendly " - I'm having to drink it because I can't handle the sugar that's in milk....insulin resistance problem. Anyway, there's also whole wheat english muffins out there somewhere, wish I could find them....that would be awsome too. Hang in there, breakfast is the hardest for me too, but it's getting easier. I haven't lost hardly any weight yet, but my blood sugar is stabilized which is why my doctor put me on this in the first place, so the rest will come. Take care!!! > Just poured out my Coffee mate creamer..:-( > I am having my coffee with Splenda and non fat milk. For some very > strange reason I cant eat eggs unless they are boiled.
