I try to keep my shopping to once a week, so if I don't get enough interesting snacks in the week, I try to wait till the next week... But maybe I'll go out right now and get some hummus! What are SF syrups? I sure miss my daily yogurt (that doesn't have bad sugars in it, sweetened with honey, but not allowed till phase 2.) Guest guest Posted May 20, 2004 Report Share Posted May 20, 2004 Well, I'm new also, just started last Friday.... so I'm almost half way : ) !!! I started out at 164 and weighed in this morning at 156 !!!!!! Yipee !!!!! But, I know I've lost alot of "water" weight , I usually do quickly whenever I modify my diet !!! Haven't started the exercise thing yet, probably because I wait tables part-time and all that running around makes me feel like I've exercised !!! I will hit the gym starting next week ! (When I no longer work as a waitress) I got my boyfriend to start SBD with me, he started later than I did, so he's not seeing progress yet. I love this program !!
