Mostly subsist on lowfat luncheon meat, mozzarella cheese sticks and pistachios for snacks, but am getting a bit bored with it

What about some plain non fat yogurt sweetened with SF syrups? Or hummus with celery sticks, or celery sticks stuffed with cream cheese or laughing cow LF cheeses?

Ooo, hummus with celery! That sounds great! I try to keep my shopping to

once a week, so if I don't get enough interesting snacks in the week, I

try to wait till the next week... But maybe I'll go out right now and

get some hummus! :)

What are SF syrups? I sure miss my daily yogurt (that doesn't have bad

sugars in it, sweetened with honey, but not allowed till phase 2.)

Well, I'm new also, just started last Friday.... so I'm almost half way : ) !!! I started out at 164 and weighed in this morning at 156 !!!!!! Yipee !!!!! But, I know I've lost alot of "water" weight , I usually do quickly whenever I modify my diet !!! Haven't started the exercise thing yet, probably because I wait tables part-time and all that running around makes me feel like I've exercised !!! :)

I will hit the gym starting next week ! (When I no longer work as a waitress) I got my boyfriend to start SBD with me, he started later than I did, so he's not seeing progress yet. I love this program !! This eating healthy thing is really fun !!!! LOL !!
