Hi Don... I am also new here.. My name is Kathy and my husband and I started the SBD on April 4th.... As of today I am down 25 and he is down 19.... I am sure you and your wife will find this diet a breeze... as for being on the road all day... my husband... Jude... works alternating hours at his job.. and I pack him a lunch.. or dinner depending on his sift.. and he has done just fine ..... all you need is a cooler or a thermos.. it can work if you want it too.... GOOD LUCK!... you can do it!!

Don, I have to pack a lunch too and I alternate salad-type lunches

with stews or chilies with lots of beans and other veggies in them. A

bit of variety is nice and I appreciate the heavier lunches when I

have a lot of physical work to do. I also carry dried apricots,

peanuts, fruit and some other snacks that do well in a cooler.

Sometimes I'll grab a ff/sf yoghurt - there are some OK ones that

have no fruit but are fruit flavored (no juice). And I take a big

bottle of lime-flavored and artifically sweetened water that I drink

from all day long.
