Guest guest
Don, I have to pack a lunch too and I alternate salad-type lunches with stews or chilies with lots of beans and other veggies in them. A bit of variety is nice and I appreciate the heavier lunches when I have a lot of physical work to do. I also carry dried apricots, peanuts, fruit and some other snacks that do well in a cooler. Sometimes I'll grab a ff/sf yoghurt - there are some OK ones that have no fruit but are fruit flavored (no juice). And I take a big bottle of lime-flavored and artifically sweetened water that I drink from all day long. > Hi Don... I am also new here..
