Guest guest
I've had what I believe to be a blood sugar problem for 4 years or so. My sugar seems to always be low. I've been on the first phase of this diet for 2 days, hoping that it will solve my problem. Unfortunately my blood sugar is not going above the seventies and even though according to most doctors this is an acceptable level, it does not seem to be for my body as I have to make an effort sometimes to breathe in. I don't know if this makes sense to anyone.........I was thinking about trying phase 2 instead and hoping this would change my blood chemistry so that I am no longer in this -what feels like a pre-diabetic condition. I am about 15-20 pounds over - weight which is a result of the blood sugar problem. I have been on the diabetic diet for 2 years now - which initially helped me (I was a vegetarian for 9 years - added fish and poultry to my diet a year ago ) But now I see that it is not helping to reverse the condition. I'm concerned this isn't helping me either - being so low all of the time doesn't seem healthy. I've been having the snacks in case you're wondering. Thank you to anyone who takes their time to read this and Thank you so much to anyone who has a true answer to this situation.....LL
